Forgiveness is incredibly healing. When you choose to forgive, you take yourself out of blame and a victim mentality and place yourself into a much more empowered position. Forgiveness is rarely the easy choice, which is why most people don’t do it. Most of us would rather stay miserable and ‘right’ than practice  forgiveness. But in the end it only hurts you.

I volunteer at Rennie Grove Hospice where I counsel people with challenging illnesses and life limiting illnesses; supporting their fears and anxieties and also bereavement counselling for the family and carers.

Road Victims Trust -  A local charity providing support for victims of fatal and life-changing Road Traffic Accidents.

Resolve - A local Drug and Alcohol Agency for adults struggling with addiction.

I continue to volunteer at the Rennie Grove Hospice where I counsel people with life limiting illnesses; supporting the fears and anxiety that people face with their mortality and bereavement counselling for the family and carers.
